Climate Control Problem

I don't seem to be able to direct the air using the two knobs (driver and passenger) It comes out of everywhere.

You don't have it on 'Auto' do you? Push the 'Defrosting' button (top left) and see if the air directs itself entirely to the defrosting dash vents. If it does then push it again to deactivate it and try your settings again making sure it isn't in auto mode.

Had a similar problem with my C class a few years ago, had to take it into MB for a fix, under warranty.

Are you talking baout the 2 knobs on the climate control or the 2 knobs on the dash board? It might be because 2 of the 3 spin knobs on your dash board might might close. There are 3 knobs with white arrow on your dash board. 2 of the knobs control driver and passenger and the center knob control the center dash board vents. Btw, do you have a user's manual in your car?

Good question Klinh, I automatically assumed he was talking about the climate control, not the center dash vent dials...
