Fogs & High Beams for DRL?

I was wondering if there is anyway to wire the Highbeams to be on when you turn the parking lights on? Anybody know?

You want your high beams as DRL? Not the low beam?

By parking, you mean city lights? The ones closest to the grille? I don't have DRL's on my car so they aren't really on during the day. You can't really see the LED's until it starts getting dark.

Nope, no blinding at night. My headlights and fogs are projectors though so the beam is pretty straight. The city lights I bought on eBay.

Nope, no resistors. They work without them.

I believe I bought them from superbrightleds.com. That have lasted for about a year and a half so I can't recall exactly where, but I will do some digging and let you know for sure.
