Sirius - No SAT and acquiring. Help!

Sirius Satellite Radio Problems
I pulled out the fuse for "Satellite Radio" not the "radio" then just put it back in. I'm not sure what the door open had to do with anything but the folks at Sirius seems to feel it helps at the same time. For that little effort, and it got my radio working...why not. No problems since.
I have a 2008 S550 4matic. Removed and immediately put back in 2 fuses (#122 & #152) from the fuse box located behind the arm rest in the back seat. Restarted the car the next day and the Sat Radio works again as if nothing happened. Luckily I didn't take it to the Mercedes dealership or I would have paid god knows how much. Sirius just told me that I needed a new receiver after they send multiple signals and it wouldn't work. Thankfully I checked mbworld first.

I own a CLK 550 Cabriolet.....my issue is with my satellite radio and my 6 disc CD changer. after working fine for 10 years yesterday I stated my car and #1 when I select SAT on Sound Cluster it says " no satellite radio " . #2 Then I select Radio and the option for my 6 disc CD Changer is no longer available. HELP!
