2006 CLK 500 engine oil capacity
Good afternoon everyone. I was curious if anyone could tell me how much oil I should be putting in my CLK 500 when I change the oil? The car is at home and I am looking at picking up some oil after work today.

do 8
if u fill 2 high u can blow a rear main seal
and your motor only needs 4 2 run if u ever need 2 no
also there is a dig. display of how much oil u have in your pan if u know how 2 go into dyno mode

guys, where do you guys usually pick up the oil filter, etc from? MB dealer wants like $30 for the filter alone. Any ideas?

i recommend getting 9 qts, when you fill the 8th qt check your dipstick (if you have one). if its below add the .5 qts.
