Need Advice on 20" Rims

I bought a set of 20" Carlsson CR 1/11 with this size
Front: 20" x 8.5
Rear: 20" x 10.5

Tires
Front: 255/35/20
Rear: 275/35/20

It was from an E-class and I think I need a spacer to make it fit into my CLK350.
Please advise me what should I do, what size of spacer should I buy for front and rear?
The rear tires also worn out, should I change the tire size and profile? If I lower my car using lowering spring, will it rub on the fenders?

Thanks guys

Front tires won't fit, and I'm not sure about the rears. What's the offset on the wheels?

Both those sizes are far to large. Given your wheel widths, you need to use the following to maintain the proper dimensions;

235/30-20
275/25-20

As Dyno mentioned, you need to figure out what the offset of the wheels are before you pick spacers.

Assuming it's from E-class W211, the front is ET 35 and the rear is ET 33.
Would you think that my CLK will look silly using 20" and not lowered? My city pavement is just horribly bumpy and wavy so I might not lower it.

I am comfortably running 10mm spacers all around with 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear. With the spacer I'm at ET25 all around. The minor problem I have is a bit of rubbing on the front plastic fender liner on sharp turns. Nothing serious.

If your not going to lower it then I think you would be ok with those 20's., but then you will be looking like a 4x4.

Will I need a spacer to use them if I changed all the tires?
Also, what happened if I lower my car?

From experience of 20's for a little over a year...get 19's. In hindsight, I wish I had done that. Don't get me wrong, I love my Vossen's 083 but they would ride a little better and not so "exposed" to potholes, etc.

I had a mishap back in the Spring, two rims were replaced.
