Difference between h&r springs

Hey guys wondering if you can help me out. I have 2005 clk 500 and want to get h&r springs but they show two different models for my car. I noticed that one of these models lowers the car slightly more and is also for the clk 550/55 but they only offer one type of spring for them. On my car will there be any difference in ride quality if I went with this spring over the other one?

The 1.3 and 1.1 numbers are how many inches it lowers the car front and back. Also I looking to get them done at fx which has a special right now for 399 installed

The posts that I have read about the eibachs, people said they weren't low enough or weren't happy and put in h and r s. From asking around I thought most people had h and r's when it came to doing just lowering springs

H&R's give it that lower in the rear look. eibach lowers it evenly a around. You could also swap out the rear spring pads.

I think that's just the price on the H&R website.

Would swapping out the rear pads make it lower or not as low? Yeah I'm not too sure what I like better. Stock it sits kind of raked so the same all the way around with eibachs it will still be raked and with the h&r's it will be more even looking. I've kind of seen both and like it each way. Andy how do you like yours? Are you happy with them? Your car looks great

It comes down to the look that you want. You could use the pads in the rear to raise or lower a bit. They are available in 5mm, 9mm, 13mm, and 17mm.

you also need to consider how much junk you got in the trunk. if you carry passengers along with packages or car audio in the back, then you might wanna go for higher.

that was my problem when i was looking into springs. even with spring pads, the car would look too low in the back and not as low in the front.

c/o is good option. cost effectiveness....isnt that great. lol

That's the assumption. If not I would have sold them a while ago. Although that was the same assumption for my Bilstein HD's and member "dkim" has them installed in his 500. So I really don't know for sure.
