depends on whats wrong with it....warrenty issue...or if you have a good relationship with them but my guess is probably not

'05 C200K SS, '05 Kleemann CLK500K, '08 Hummer H3 & '92 Z34 5sp (track car in Canada)
DIY, takes less than a minute.

1. Pop out the key blade.
2. Using the key blade, push in the plastic knotch inside where the 'L' of the key blade sat while at the same time using your fingernail to lift the assembley away from the fob housing.
3. Pop in 2 new CR2025's and you're done.

If you have the key in front of you, you'll see how easy it is.

The inner guts are part of the 'end-cap', push in (lateral, not down) the notch and pull it out by the end-cap.
