They Made The Hood.

Hmmm...now that I think about it more, the C55 hood might be different in lenght/width then the Clk hood because the over all C55 chassis is still based on the 4 doors c32, c320, C230...etc.

When I checked the EPC it lists the part # for the C55 hood starting with a "203". When I searched using that number, only the C55 came out. That hood is only used on that model. The W209 hoods start with a "209". All W209s share the same hood, even the BS. Just not the same as the C55. It might share a front end, but not a hood. I will post the part #s later when I get to work.
Side Note: I think the hood would look great with either the louvers or the vents. The fact that it has both makes it feel a little too busy.

I think you'd have to have a fairly riced up CLK for that hood to work. If the massive vents were toned down and made more like the SL65 AMG Black Series it would be a huge step in the right direction IMO. We don't have an aggressive looking car, the lines are soft, this hood on our cars would look out of place.
