*WARNING* No ski hole for US models
my tribe members.
I tried. so hard tonight...to open my ski hole.
I used the torx screwdriver and removed all the screws.
This is what you get to:
1. A metal frame
2. Inability to push the plastic cover off to expose the ski hole
A quick look into the instruction manual says "canada only"
so... no ski hole pass through for my Rockford Fosgate T1 sub =(
its back to opening the smaller of the two passenger seats down =(

i was about to say....i didnt know we had a ski hole. if we did, id relocate my sub to there. .
darn...
BUT you could cut the metal frame...and mae your own ski hole. i am sure the metal is non important for the stability of the car.
OT: but i just looked up the t1 sub...damn that looks good.

lol i just bought a snowboard 1 week ago and ran through the same issue. Dealer told me Canada only lol.
Now isnt the rear automatic curtain Canada only? I know some cars have that but still no ski hole?!

i tried this yesterday too...
u can actually remove the plastic...but u would risk breaking it...
there is a very tight fit to the front plastic piece up on top....if i really wanted to i could break it off....but oh well...

Wow, now this is really strange - the US model does not have the ski hole but the Canadian and my GCC spec do??? Umm, I would have thought that you'd get more use out of ski's in the US than here
