DIY Transmission Service
Does anyone know what are to be done for the transmission service? What transmission oil is used? Any DIY guide to do so?
If you have DIY for engine service, air filter replacement and cabin filter replacement, please post it in this thread.

from what I know... tranny service is a bit tricky and u might want to let a pro do it

+1. This topic has been discussed many times before, try searching the W209 forum and using key words "transmission service".

All i know you can and should do is change the oil.
I would too recommend you leave it to a pro. If something goes wrong the tranny is one of the most expensive parts to fix on your car.
