I was going to buy the Eurocharged headers, but after talking to a couple C32 guys, I might hold off. Not sure yet until we start putting the engine in the car and see how much room we have.

btw. where the hell did you find a c32 engine with 30k on it for 3k? i did a search and i found 1 engine only. 30k for 7k obo

The biggest headache would be the coding of the ECU. If you're going to start looking, save yourself some stress and find a C32 motor. You are going to need the C32 ECU and wiring harness anyway so it would be nice if everything came off the same car. The SLK motor will work, but you will have to source those two parts.

haha i'll keep my eyes open. but so far, 7k obo is the best i could find. although, i found a clk 500 engine cheaper LOL. i'll keep a look out tho. then again, 10k could get me a good secondary car lol i wouldnt mind a miata to throw around

Hey Wes, see if your guy (that does the coding) can also turn on "M" mode in the tranny (may be tied to the TCU; Can a ///AMG TCU be coded to work on your car?). I'm going to email Steve@MBenznl about a few features I want to get, this being one of them (For sure he can version code; If I find some good info, I'll make sure to share).
