They are all micro-suede.

When I was living in Canada my track car was also a semi-daily driver in the summers, I used to drive it on a few long trips and the Corbeau seat I had in it were wonderful. Very firm but easy to adjust for comfort as well, ordered them in micro-seude or whatever they call it;
+1.
Wes, I'm with you on all your mods, except this one, it would have to match your CF/Alcantara theme in order to really work. I know how the modding bug gets to all of us sometimes, but there is no sense of urgency; make sure you get it right.

If I was going to change my seat (must be functional first, I would try to keep the seat warmer and the ability to fold down the back for passenger access), I would go with C63/CLK63 BS seats, Euro CLK63 BS seats or the pole positions (the last two has no heated seat and is not adjustable; but it looks good).

+1 on those Cobras. They look hot.

The Cobras look a lot nicer with your theme, the only thing IMHO is that those racing seats really don't clash well with the MB luxury layout of the cabin.
