You're right for the time being but I have more silver accents going in - if in the end it still doesn't blend, black CF it is.

looks great so far... I would love to see it when finished with the AMGwheels back on. I just love those wheels and how big they look with the spokes running to the edge and they really show off the brakes.

Thanks and yeah, the original AMG wheels do a great job of looking bigger than they are and they certainly show off the brakes. Maybe I'll try to find some plasti-dip spray and do a little custom painting to one and see how it looks.

Normally I do not like the blacked out headlights on some Benzs but you are definitely pulling it off better than I thought. Also the interior trim is coming out nice and can't wait to see it complete.

wow looking good bro! btw for the guys who are intersted in the blacked out headlights, other than the heatgun, you can use your oven, bake it for like 5 mins and use two screwdrivers to pry em out. You can find alot of DIY if you google like honda diy black housing headlights, as thats where i learned to do my honda back in the day. Once you open, you can spray paint the chrome housing and use silicone to reseal the lights. I love how u placed all the items in that first pic.

Gents, I have the car at home now, picked it up last night. All the exterior and interior vinyl work is now done. I installed the front lip today and now that it's on, I'm glad I decided to do the center section of the air dam in black - left white it would have been far too strange looking. Guys with silver and dark colored cars can pull it off without the black but I wouldn't have been able to do it on my white car.
Anyways, I'm going to try to get it in for the rear diffuser instal next week, then the full exhaust on the weeked. I have an appointment for a dyno run tomorrow before I do any power mods. Here are a few updated pics;

I did want it to kinda look stock, guess I've sorta achieved that!

Now, in regards to the hood center vent. I tossed around the idea of painting it black but decided not to because it is (IMO) and 'obvious mod'. I want to try to keep the look of the car away from that, I'd rather have someone look at it and say "what kind of CLK is that?" rather than "looked at that modded CLK."
I have no doubt it will look good, other guys have done it and it actually looks great but again, it's going a little against the theme I had in mind. I might change my mind (like I did with the headlights) later on but for now, she stays put
