I'm really digging your theme of modding the Sh** out of it yet keeping it almost as if it came that way form the factory. Did the guy put the lights in the oven to loosen up the silicone? I'm thinking about doing this but I'm still up in the air about how it would look on silver? Also, any updates on the B.S. strut bars? ** edit, just saw your earlier post. Im sad
Car is looking awesome man, if I'm ever overseas I might rape it. Just sayin'

Thanks for the comments pal, yesterday was the first time a guy came over at a petrol station and asked what edition my car was, he thought it was some Euro spec or something. Even though I live in supercar city, I've never seen another CLK (besides the Black) that was CF front lip, spoiler, black roof, lowered, etc... So, I guess things are going as I had planned Anyways, he had a CLK350 and I gave him the web address to MBWorld, we may see him around.
As for the headlights, he used a heat gun to get them apart. I think they will look good on a silver car but for sure it will look different than on white, it'll be more of a blend than a contrast IMO. I'd still do it, I love the look, make the very, very tame looking CLK front end look a little more aggressive.
Black bars will be the last thing to do, very expensive project in the end eh? Oh well, it's all part of the fun!

Just dropped the car off to have the diffuser installed, I'm flying out in a few hours so I will be picking it up Saturday morning then it goes straight over to the exhaust shop for the headers, new piping and quad tips. After that, the table full off goodies will pretty much all be done/installed.
I'll get some updated pics up when it's back home.

lol, I think it's more of a grinder cut-off disk but yeah, it'll change for the better I'll try to remember to get pics of it before the exhaust goes on just for reference.

2006 Facelift CLK500 Cab-
Thanks for the comments. I actually ordered the wheels because of the chrome dish, the theme for the car is white with black and chrome accents.

Good man! They will look great on your dark colored car, it will be a really nice blend. I see you did them exatly the same way as mine too, no chrome on the indicator but some for the high-beam dish, they look great and they are still practical that way.

Nah I wouldn't try to do this myself! A member on here is doing them for me. The only thing I did different from you keV is I painted the top chrome part of the low beam as well but left the chrome ring as it was.
Silicone is drying overnight than a lense restouration and let's hope for the best

Oh, so you painted the low beam projector housing then.
