Well gents, it's time to get a little power bolted on ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Car goes in tomorrow (Thursday) when I finish work, God willing in 2-3 weeks the SC, cams, headers, new cats and ECU tune should all be installed and running like a top. Once it's all finished I'll but up a thread as I did with my exhaust and brakes. Few more things to arrive in Dubai and a little custom work left then it's done like dinner.

Just got back to Dubai ad running o an hours sleep, watching that little guy eat popcorn has actually made me hungry ![rolf](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rofl.gif)
The way I see it is this, it wont be the fastest on the road, nor the greatest handling out there or the best looking sitting pretty but in the end it should be one fine *** 500 build and a means to satisfy my mod bug once and for all![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I just wanted a nice daily that would be competative on the track, I'm quite sure I'll end up with something a little more than I expected.
Well see, fingers are crossed.

And thanks for your advise on the Magnaflows and your offer to bring them here! Who is the dealer? And how do their prices compare to online?

Dropped the car off at the shop this afternoon for the transformation, in about 3 weeks I should have it back for some testing. Supercharger, cams, headers, ECU tune (custom build on top of the Kleemann flash) & 100 cell high flow cats - that should do the trick.
Last stock check on the parts in the box

As with the other two shops I use, the CLK is in very good company here too

One of the good things about traveling outsdide the counrty all week, every week is that time goes by very quickly. I'll stop in from time to time and take pics of the build then when it's all done I'll put together a thread.
Dat, dta, dat, dats all folks !

I'm running H&R springs, sways and Koni's, altogether as a system it's a night and day difference. The springs alone would help by lowering the center of gravity and having a tighter spring rate but it wouldn't be a dramatic difference.

Well, the last two major itmes to purchase have now been ordered ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Paid in full for my new custom wheels (they required a 'deposit' of 100%
), they should be here in mid-December and my Quaife LSD should be here in a week or so, right around the time when my car is out of the tune shop with a few extra hp. I'm going to have Mercedes install the LSD. Just need to track down some black wheel lugs and locks and I'm good to go.
Of course I'll post up some pics when the latest goodies arrive.

I'm starting to get a bit anxious now, going to stop in and see the progress on Saturday when I get back to Dubai. They should have the sc and cams done by the end of the week, then flat-bedding it over to the exhaust shop for the new headers and piping.

Had a few days off here for a religious holiday (Eid) so I got around to working on my new projector fogs I got a while back. I pulled them apart and painted the internal reflector black so they match my headlights. I've got a 5000K HID kit for them as well, when I get the car back I'll swap everything in.
A few pics;

I did that in Canada, so many stones on the roads had me replacing fog lenses all the time. Luckily here, no such problem, just have to get the headlight lenses polished every few years due to the sandblasting you get while driving.

This is the Euro market only QDF27B, an enhanced/improved version of the 9V available in the US. Got it through Bird's in the UK, James and Kevin were brilliant to deal with
