Stopped by for the weekley visit to see the car and raise hell for it not being done, however I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of work that was done over the past week. More was done the last seven days that the whole last six weeks combined. So, the audio and a few other things will definitely be done by the time I get back. I took some pics but decided not to post them quite yet, I'd rather wait and show it when it's done, there is a reason to the madness...

So, by next Saturday it should be hitting the paint booth and detailing bay, then I get it back

This was to be the last big mod project but I decided to do one more final one because I was able to find 'something' I was sure I wouldn't be able to. Since I was able to find what I was looking for, I'm going to go ahead with one last project. I'm thinking I'll get it done when I go back to Canada in the summer because it will take a week or two. That being said, there is one more final thing I'd like to do but in reality I really should get checked into mod-rehab and call it a day!

Sorry pal, if it makes you feel any better I'm back to Kuwait and Egypt the next two weeks...

It was awesome, I've been really lucky to see a lot of places in my life so far, this was by far the best vacation I have ever taken. I didn't check email for 5 days, loved it. The Hilton resort has its own island, absolutely nothing else around. I just finished watching the video I took on my new 3D Sony handycam - breathtaking!

Stopped by the shop yesterday to see the 'progress' made over the last two weeks - the F'ing clown hasn't done a god damn thing for the most part... I believe it was 8 weeks ago today that I dropped the car off and at that time he said 7-10 days, I figured it would be about 14-21 days. He's in for a big surprise when it comes time to settle the bill, I'm going to be making massive deductions because of these ridiculous delays, fug-em.

Man that sucks. I don't get it, if you have made an appointment, why won't they finish your car? The way I understand it, they work with other cars while they're working on yours?

Here is the deal, West Coast Customs use to have this guy on payroll to do all their audio systems, he now works independently and just uses their shop for his work. He does great stuff but he's so f'in unreliable and distracted that it's just a god damn joke. The shop owner has been losing it on him for a month now, the guy just doesn't seem to care. Beside the wait for the audio, the West Coast guys can't even get painting and detailing my car until he's done because the interior is STILL stripped out, so it can't be driven.

Like with all my other projects here - this is another time wise NIGHTMARE I'm going to the shop in an hour, keeping the pressure on him.

But it's going to bite him in the *** sooner than never because of his slacker methods.
Yeah just pressure him a bit, hopefully he'll get what you are trying to do.
