rotors from parts.com

has anyone ordered rotors from them before? when i click front brake components, then select rotors, click clk500, it states "clk500 back". what does this mean? is this the actual rotor part? cause for 47 bucks, that does seem pretty cheap for a rotor...

Check out R1 concepts, the pricing is fantastic for what you get mate. When I opened my box of rotors it was just plain WOW!

Well r1concepts is giving me a price of 350 for a pair of front rotors for the clk 500/c32. Is oem cheaper?

This is the part no. that shows up for the C32 rotors in the EPC (2034210912). Parts.com $96 each.

the rotors from parts.com says 47 bucks each for clk500 and 96 each for clk55 or c32. so they're diff size rotors then, correct? i want to go with r1, but it just seems too pricey as i'm changing rotors and pads all around. i will be going with either akebono or posi quiet for the pads...

so the amg clk55 rotors are actually cross drilled for fronts and rears? and they will fit 03 clk500? do the amg rotors rust like the stock ones?

I haven't heard of anyone using them on their 209, but if you have had good experience then go for it.

the stock rotors are actually a very poor piece of work. they are the same left and right. this means one is correct and one is backwards as far as ventilation vanes and the proper way the air is pumped through the rotor to self cool it. they all rust. its the type of material they are made of. its just surface glaze though.

R1's look nice. Think I paid just as much for my brembo rotors, but they're only cross-drilled. Akebono pads are a must! Zero brake dust.

How do you like the Brembos? I had the Brembo rotors and didn't like them to much.

I like them, but I don't really drive that hard... so performance-wise I can't really say cause they aren't battletested. Guess what it comes down to is branding. astropat=labelwhore

lol, I had the hub rusting problem with them. The stock 320 brakes being small didn't help any either. R1s are much better with the hub black.
