I had the 6000's for awhile then switched to 5000. I felt like the reduced light ouput was a little more than I wanted - maybe I got a bad batch since noone else seems to have commented on this at 6000. In any case I'm happy with the 5000's - oem light output, with just a slightly more tint of blue. I got my 5000's from Japan however, not HID outlet.

Thanks lowpost, I'm thinking about the same too but the Philips 5000k (85122cm) are expensive and hard to get here, this is why I'm looking to get them from hidextra, they are not expensive and available but I'm not sure if doing that will damage my ballasts or anything else ....
