thanks for the comments guys
the cf lip I bought from Gary@suvner. M-benz told me that it needs a little push and adjustment to do it. But surprisingly I just install it directly and put the bolts on. Overall the fitment is 7.5/10, considering its for the AMG bumper its good enough. Theres a very little gap on each sides but the front looks ok. Maybe I will post picture of the gap tomorrow. In the end I am very happy with the results

I don't think so. I have both a 320 and a 350, and they look different. The bumper shapes seem different to me.
I still don't see how a AMG lip can fit on a 320 without gaps. I've been examining my neighbor's CLK55 closely myself.
I guess anything is possible if you twist and contort and hack into a solution. We don't have close up pics. Anything would look good from afar. It's not plug and play for sure.

The AMG will fit only if u ok with little gap on the two side .... not that bad . I used to have it ( the one that made for clk500) on my 320 back then . Just used some force on the two side that's all .

At the end of the day, after dealing with the body, and then the suspension, and then the wheels, and then the engine, and then the brakes, wouldn't it be *much cheaper* and *much easier* to just sell the car and buy a CLK55?
