I have tint only in the back (factory option) and it looks good. I'm going to tint the fronts as well before the summer. It looks much better IMO.
And yes, you're right about the cops :/

Hello all together,
first of all excuse me because of my terrible english
A shortly introduction of myself:
My name is Daniel. I´m 42 years old and I come frome Germany (Gießen). My daily driver is an AMG 55 W209 (2005). Some parts are modified: 3 peaces OZ Superleggera III 8,5 and 9,5 x 19 with 225/35 and 255/30 tires. A handmade a hand-made exhaust arrangement from the cats with an according chip of Wimmer RST Solingen (Germany)and Piper Cross air cleaners. For the next year I plan sport camshafts with sportvalves and racing headers from MKB.
My first question is about this wonderful C63 Diffusor. I mean it´s the only diffusor which is looking great at the CLK 55. But what´s about the fitting? I knew that it doesn´t fit 1:1 but I have the possibility to make myselve some modifikation to make it fit. Is it inevitably to cut out some parts of the original AMG rear (not the diffuser itself)? Or can I modified maybe the C63 Diffuser a little bit? And in which way do I have fix this diffuser?
Has someone kindly a small instruction of this C63 modification?
Many thanks for our help and input!
Best Regards
Daniel

A member here(dr_npz) who also has a CLK55 has fitted a C63 diffuser to his car.
Send him a PM and I'm sure he will explain what the necessary steps were.
He explained the steps for me once but I can't remember them

Post some pics of your CLK55 when you get a chance.
