New interior trim vinyl

I had my old looking wood trim wrapped yesterday with brushed stainless steel vinyl. It turned out pretty nice I think. I was debating carbon and this for awhile, and decided to do this first to see if I liked it. If I didn't like it I was going to redo it with the carbon but I think I can roll with this for awhile. What's nice is the brushed ss vinly is slightly darker than the satin aluminum trim in the 55's so it's not so bright. I've been driving this car for 8 years...so it feels like a new car now!

Looks good lowpost. The vinyl really contrasts well. Especially on the door panels. Enjoy your new car.

Thanks y'alls

M-bENZ Looks great lowpost . Did u have to take the door panel to wrap that long piece and the window trim ?
yes but I didn't do it - had a shop do it for me. I had planned on wrapping everything myself - even bought a panel puller kit, but got lazy. Plus these guys put a clear bra on my hood and bumper while they were at it.

midnight AMG i like it!!!

It's OEM off an 06. I broke the clock on my original cluster which was black, and so decided to just get the 06 cluster.

That is sick beautiful! I like it at least as much as the CF, and it's got to be much easier to line up. Can I ask what the shop charged you, and did they provide the wrap? M-Benz has a great new DIY on getting all the console pieces off, but the doors scare me a little. Okay, a lot!

the doors really seem like a B***. I was playing around with some CF wrap yesterday and the top part has more than enough space to tuck the vinyl in so that wouldn't be a problem.

The real PITA will be the window control trims
We might need a surgeon to cut through those lines lol

The doors are a breeze to get off, kind of a PITA to get them on though. Make sure you have time and patience to spare.

Put the door trim down, and take those two pieces out. Its an easy job after.
