Bi-Xenon & Xenon Question
My headlight was halogen when I first bought it then I swapped with a xenon headlight. I wonder if a bi-xenon headlight works ( just plug and play ) on my car since I like it turns up & down when engine start and for some reason I think bi-xenon projects alot brighter light/lumen than xenon does. Is it true and any idea where I can find a brand new or used bi-xenon headlight , thanks.

Someone else correct me if I'm wrong, but if you install bi-xenons onto a non-bixenon car, the lights will work but I don't think the auto-leveling feature will, because the car would need the auto-leveling sensors and components.

Auto leveling will not work, you have to that manually. If you had halogens first and you put on Xenon's you must find a mechanic with the Mercedes star program. With this program he can tell the car that you have Xenons. Your lights will not turn on without having this done.

Correct. I have done a bit of research on this and the module and components aren't that expensive. A bit over $200 through parts.com. I was thinking about adding this after my motor swap.

Good to know! This is definately interesting since I'm doing the swap to Bi-Xenon later on.

So if i order the parts, i can get my car to auto-level itself? Will i have curve-lighting with this feature or no?

I remember years ago, a guy in the W163 forum installed the levelers on is ML. If I recall, the main problem was wiring. On that vehicle the axle sensors shared a wiring harness with other components and replacing that was going to be a big deal, so he just made his own.
