Magnaflow vs Borla

Does anybody know why Magnaflow mufflers only cost around 100 while borla is twice that?

Borla has a more G35 R32 sound while magna flow is more throatier and more muscle car like.

I am considering to switch over borla this summer but haven't heard one on a 350 engine yet.

i had a magnaflow for like 30 min and took it off. It was too loud for my taste so i went with a flowmaster 80 series instead.
here are a couple of videos.

It's actually not bad. It's obviously a day and night difference from stock, but cruise control at 80 mph...it's relatively quiet, much quieter than my Eisenmann on my W203.

I think it's the perfect amount of volume + the exact sound I was looking for.

+1. I have the muffler in the below link and it sound too American Muscle for me, is this due to the design shown? Would the stright through Borla sound better/less American Muscle?

was your eisenmann race or sport?

right now im debating on whether i should get a borla. i honestly like the g35 exhaust or if i should pick up an eisenmann and call it a day.

+1.

I've heard a lot of different systems and Magnaflow has been my favorite for years. Once I get a sound clip up you'll be able to hear mine with headers

I had the Race, which I think is the only way to go when you choose the Eisenmann route.

if i had a bigger engine, i would have gone with straight pipes or something louder. i feel like you gotta have the engine to back up that note
