Insurance rate question....

any idea why insurance should cost more on my 2006 CLK350 than my 2007 E350? Book values aren't even close, so I suspect that maybe the insurance companies see the CLK as more prone to theft or higher cost of repair? Neither of those makes much sense though.....

maybe because its a coupe? more "sporty" than a E class?

I do have my agent looking into it. I was a little hesitant to open the can of worms, cuz i figure they're either overvaluing my CLK, or undervaluing my E!
