Will the new clk have a v8 option? I hear a clk500??? Will the v6 kompressor be the amg version? I understand the 209 although based on the C platform will be more like the new e class but in a coupe.

This is to the best of my understanding. The new CLK will have the C-Class chassis with E-Class drivetrains covered by the CL-Class design? Got that?
Currently confirmed are the V6 CLK320...which will have the same 3.2 that's currently floating around. Hopefully a V8 CLK500, related to the new E500.
And a CLK32 AMG...with the supercharged V6, though this model is not confirmed yet. There's still some dispute whether the new generation will turn out a CLK32 or a CLK55.
