PROBLEMS WITH MB ONLINE PARTS
Few days ago I bought online two Xenon Control Modules from MB Online parts for my CLK. My Bank has confirmed that the operation was done and that the cost of the parts was charged to my account. However the parts have not been received and my e-mails to MB Online get no reply.
Have any of you people have had any similar problem ?
Would you please recommend a course of action?

Try contacting them by phone. I have never ordered from them.
Just noticed you're in Argentina and they are based in NJ. It should take more than a couple days to ship.

Quite misteriously (?) MB Online Parts decided that they could not ship the parts to Miami or to a good friend who resides there. And that after the parts where bought online and charged to my credit card !. Why is that? I really don´t know. They say now that will refund the money, which of course is fair. But I can not understand what happened nor their business ethics.
Do any of you chaps know of any good and reliable site online where I could buy the xenon control modules I need for my CLK?
I will be grateful for the details.
