2009 CLK550 CD Changer problem & service reset
Hi Guys,
I step into my car today and the factory CD player is not working, the thing says Drive Error, I have ejected it a few times, I have tried to blow into the thing to clear out the dust, but still not working, any one have any idea on what I need to do. Please note I tried to reset the service B light yesterday and I think I have reset the settings to factory defaults, maybe that caused this problem???
On another note I am trying to reset this stupid service B light that have been exceeded by 100 days, does anyone have accurate instructions to reset that for a 2009 CLK550?

My 2009 550 CD/radio/nav unit failed twice in one evening. Each time wouldn't reset or work until I shut down and set the alarm. Tried a quick shut down only, no luck. The dealer checked the vehcle comand center, no record of a failure. That was about six months ago and haven't had a reocurrance since. I'm know I'm not much help for you here, but I did document my complaint for the future.
