Does the pulley kit make a noticeable difference for a clk 320? I'm not sure how these actually work..

reduces rotational force it takes for the engine to turn a lighter pulley = more power going to the wheels.

Yes it makes a difference. Car is noticeably quicker.

Thanks for the info now it's just a matter of finding someone that supplies them here in Australia...
Btw how's your car coming along? I see you got that v6 amg supercharged project going on ..
