2005 CLK 320 Convertible
Headlights
I have 2005 CLK 320 Convertible.
The headlights have developed a haze or sun damage to them. Yes, I have tried several different headlight restoration products but none of them work with the problem I have.
I know the entire headlight assembly is quite expensive. Does anyone know if it is possible to replace just the clear plastic covering on the headlights? If so, where can I purchase these plastic covers?

They will come clean. Did the daughter's car with some rubbing compound and the orbital. Then polished with a fine synwax using the orbital. Like new.

Has your other headlight restoration prodcuts include sanding? Sanding does thr trick. Or you may just not be using a strong enough abrasive or grit polish.
It's all about the elbow grease.
