Has anyone tried to change out the H11 BULBS only?

Not HID kit with ballast...i mean bulbs only

I don't know how to open the fogs

 

 

What klinh is trying to say is "yes" that the question has been answered before I don't have the thread name for you but you can search for it.

you can take out the front tire and unscrew the 3 bolts on the mud guard/cover. The bulb should be accessible. My H11 bulbs are coming in the mail soon

 

Kev, are the H11 bulbs comparable to the 6K xenon color? Where did you order yours from? HIDextra? I need some HID/LED type fog lamps without the need for the ballasts. I ordered the LED citylights from ebay yesterday.

I should have changed out the citylights before installing the new xenon projectors, now I bet it's going to be a pain in the *** to swap them out.

 

where did you buy the bulbs? HID EXTRA? is it worth getting a full kit with ballast?
