The lovely Offset Question
Hey Everyone,
I have tried to research some of the posts on the W209 section here in regards to offsets relative to my car (2003 CLK 500 Brabus). I have the following questions if anyone could guide me to the answer or tell me that would be great.
1. I am looking to purchase a set of E55 amg wheels that have a front offset of ET 30 for the fronts and ET 39 for the rears. Would these fit my car? I think I would need a spacer for the front (5mm) and the rear would be ok?
2. What is a normal CLK 500 offset? 37mm rear and 35mm front?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Nic

30 for the front should be fine but youre going to want to bring the rear out, ET39 is pretty high. You really need to read through the sticky at the top of the 209 home page; wheels, tires, stance, etc.
