Hi mate, thanks for the info. Im goin to check tomorrow the diameter of the ones i bought!!
Btw do u remember what was the steps they took (in order) to fix the quads. Coz my contact in the shop said we will paint the rear bumper then fix it to the car and at the end he will cut it to place the exhaust!!
i thought it should be the opposite! Cut the rear bumper first with the dimension of the exhaust then paint it and fix it to car and after all that work on the exhaust. So i would appreciate if you could tell me how they worked on ur car coz the result is amazing!!

What I did was, paint it, add it to the car and then I will cut it tomorrow.
My rear bumper was already factory "cut" for the two tips since it came from a CLK55.

Well mine too is from a 55 but it seems u have the one after 2005. well plz keep me posted on ur quads and thanks for the info coz it seems the guy was sayin the right steps!!

Actuaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyy..... The '05 CLK55 came with dual exhaust, the rear bumper cover has the two cut outs from the factory, everything before that just had the single outlet and the covers need to be cut for the quad conversion.

It has an unbelievable drone from 2000rpm and up and I didn't change muffler or delete the resonator. At 70mph It sounds like a subaru wrx with a rocket muffler... Will post pics of the setup tomorrow.

Got the quads done today. I'll post pics tomorrow. It was too dark when I picked the car up.
It has an unbelievable drone from 2000rpm and up and I didn't change muffler or delete the resonator. At 70mph It sounds like a subaru wrx with a rocket muffler... Will post pics of the setup tomorrow.

Hehehe they wont charge twice!! My contact received today the sides and sent them to the paint shop!! I went for the face lifted front for sure!! Actually it has been taken off a 2009 clk 550
