R1 CONCEPTS - Fitment question

It says that the fitment is for 2008 model, would it make a difference if my clk is 2006?

Also the shop told me that my rear rotors do not need to replace but since i feel minor vibration in the front, i should replace the front rotors and pads as well as the rear pads.

For pads, is akebono most recommended?

Thanks! Seems like the site had some sorting issues as it keep giving 2008 W208 instead of the 2006 W209 350. Strange, none the less pretty damn good for a pair of front rotors.
