2005 CLK 320 Cabriolet
Compartment between rear seats

I was cleaning out my 05 CLK320 Cabriolet the other day to prep it for shipping. As I was cleaning out the back seat, I discovered a compartment in the middle of the rear seats (I don't spend much time back there). I opened it a bit and saw what appears to be a bag and a strap. I didn't take anything out because I was busy getting things ready to move. The car has already been dropped off and I also don't have any of my manuals because they are all with my other things being shipped. Can anyone tell me what I found?

If you mean behind the arm rest, presumably it's the bag to hold the ends of skis as you pass them through from the trunk.

I didn't realize you could do that with the cab. I hope you are right, because I was considering selling it for a hard top so I could drive my skis to the Alps for some powder time.

Grab a PDF of your manual HERE. Go to page 265 and learn about your ski sack.
