Should MAF be replaced from time to time? How often should it be changed?

My MAF sensor was replaced, under warranty, at 110 K KM (May-2008).

No need to replace a MAF until it is incapable of accuracy & your fuel trim goes out. Their life varies vastly. Cleaning a MAF with CRC MAF cleaner from time to time is a good idea.
