If you had done that you would have come up with a one word summary towards your above two statements : FAIL.
You were defending a member who was TROLLING for negative comments - exactly the same thing as you are doing here. And if you're concerned that this is a place where one isn't getting "enough wood where the sun don't shine" then it certainly doesn't sound like a place you'd care to visit.
