Custom Wide Acrh
I'm having a custom wide arch kit made this week. Was thinking of getting the dtm kit but the time and expense is just not worth it. Will update with pics soon

Looking forward to seeing it. I have mentioned a few times that I would love to see a Black Series style kit made for the 209, something with a less aggressive look (narrower wheel arches) but along the same looks. The front end that Mike posted is a good step in that direction.

Yea its a shame there is no wide kit for the 209's. With the black series out im surprised no one has thought of making one. I guess you gotta pay to play...

aches is are being done in sections with foamboard to get the shapes first then a mould will be taken from it. Will post some pics asap guys.

Bad pic but this is what the arches from the front will look like.

This might be a stupid question, isnt it the same thing as bending the fenders or are you going through this process for something more extravagant?

This guys CLK is almost perfect, I wouldve gone with 19s instead of 20s.

Ok just a rough pic of the spoiler in progress looks lame now but after all sizes etc correct it will be moulded and then the part pulled. Going for a carbon spoiler Wide arch pics to follow tomorrow.

I bought an old set and remade them myself. The ones i purchased had cracks all over so i made a mold and pulled new ones meself. Alot cheaper than ebay prices

Good man.

So are these ones properly contoured to the shape of the 209 fender and flat? I know the C63 ones had a slightly different radius to them and would not sit flat, they recessed into the C63 number vents.

I have the flat ones but its easy to round then off anyway its just moulded the same and trimmed correct. Do you mind me asking what your being charged to have some made?
