Oil "quality" question
All of the service interval reset procedures I've ever read say you can select what kind of oil you put in before resetting (e.g., 229.5). That is true of the sticky above posted by Glyn Ruck. But mine does not do that. I get to a screen that says "Oil Quality" on top and "QF 1.0" in the center. Pressing the +/- per the instructions does nothing, nor does any other combination of presses. It always says QF 1.0. I can reset the interval, so its no big deal, but what the heck does QF 1.0 mean?

I have no idea. acr2001's C240 used to come up with that message & no one could answer.
Is your display language set to English? I know that i.O = 'Alles in ordnung'
The oil quality screen harks back to the full FSS on Mercs with an oil condition sensor in the sump & variable service level dependent on driving & oil used. That's all been done away with & fixed mileage service & only top grade i.e. 229.5 oils recommended.
I would still like to know what QF 1.0 means.

BTW - It's not shown on the official MB listing of Terms, Abbreviations and Acronyms either.

Yeah, it's in English. Also, when I reset it says the next service is due in 13,000 miles. Is that right? I thought it was 10k. No way I'm going 13k on the same oil.

Your car is set up to the old US spec of 13K miles with fleece filter. W204 with M272 engines moved to 10K miles.
Sample analyses shows us that the oil will go 13K miles but starts looking a bit tired. ROW has always been at 15K Km's or just under 10K miles. I would stick to 10K drains.
