I think this is the kit that has a horrible fit.... (the disclaimer even says use a black marker to go over the parts that show! WTF!!!!!)
Im assuming that perhaps people who have had bad experiences with overlay may have purchased this kit and not klinh's company (for w209?)
or am I mistaken and someone actually HAS bought the w209 kit from the same company as klinh's?
just want to clarify bc i am gonna place the order soon

I do like the gloss and the smoothness of the pre-cut pieces; the vinyl has that tactile texture that's just not OEM-like. Still I might do it anyway if Andy answers my stupid sissy questions in the other thread, lol. The Mustang in the YouTube clip looks good, but I wonder how "recessed" the original trim is? The sample I have is a good 1/4-5/16" thick, so I wonder about the fit on the upper door part and ashtray especially.

I think I speak for all with the facelifted W209's, i.e. 2005-2009 CLK's with OEM burl walnut trim, some of whom I'm sure have emailed or PMed (as I have).
We would want ALL the burl walnut pieces visible here wrapped in CF:
That includes:
1. Left upper door trim
2. Left (driver's) window switch trim
3. Right upper door trim
4. Right window switch trim
5. Center dash upper switch row trim
6. Center dash HVAC control trim
7. Ashtray cover
9. Shift surround
Please post or PM your price for this. If it's a fair price, you'll likely find many buyers among us. Thanks in advance.

Did you click on that link? In May it was under construction, now it does not exist. My guess is nobody has any CF from them.
