Still having the Vibration issue :(
Awhile back I started noticing a vibration/Gallup sound coming from the front drivers side after running over some un even cement in the road. Notice the car sounded like the shocks or something bottoming out. Pretty ruff. Started to notice this 50-60mph ( sounds like a horse Gallup) but not too loud very faint. Took it to discount the balanced found nothing wrong with the rims or tire. So I drove off and notice on the couple weeks it was still there. Took it to my buddy's store(discount tires) and the observed the tire on the balance machine and used alloy weights on the outer part on the rim on the fronts and paper weights on the rears. Still having the same issue. What's else should I look into ?? Shocks ? Mounts ? Bushings ?? it annoys the crap outta me to have a nice car and rides likes my old silverado on 26s hahahah :-/

How many miles are on the car? Get it to the dealer and get it checked out. You will pay $99 but they should be able to pin point. Go on a test a drive with the service guy there.

Have a look at the castor bush on that side for cracks & check the sway bar link. Also check the tyre for a tread delamination.
Fit the spare to that hub to tie down whether it is wheel/tyre or suspension.

Also jack up both front wheels & check wheel bearings for play. Hold wheel at 12 & 6 o'clock & try & shake.

I had a similar problem on the rear of a non-MB, including the lateral wobble at low speed, that took me quite a while to diagnose. I too went through the exercise of balancing and re-balancing the wheels at different shops, verifying that the unloaded outside diameters had no lumps, and so on. It turned out to be a broken belt in the tire (I was eventually told), visible only as a small, shallow crease in the sidewall. You'd think a tire shop would pick this up first time, but they didn't. Two new tires solved my problem. Like the CLK, this car has stagger, and in this case I didn't have enough front clearance to swap the tires front to rear. Have a close look at both sidewalls. If it's feasible on the CLK, you could also try swapping the tires front to rear to see if the problem changes axle.

The sway bar bushings and end links are a common source of noise, but they generally don't affect handling unless they are literally falling apart. I's look first at the control arm bushings (see Glyn's photos). Jack up the car, remove the road wheel, and then grab the control arm. If you can twist it with your hand and see that movement with your eyes, then it's bad bushings.

Also look for cracks & leaks when you unload the suspension. They are silicone fluid filled & leak. Those cracks you can see in the last set off of my C240 at 30,000Km's will open up alarmingly. Known weakness. Replace with W204 items - they last longer.
