It won't come out!! I have black leather

I can vouch for those kits. A friend cleaned up a mark on Aston Martin Connolly Magnolia hide with one.
Water stains are a pain. The easiest way as long as you are sure that it is only a water stain is to wet the whole panel to a seam or whatever & then try & achieve uniform drying.
After this you need to feed the leather with something like Maquiar's Rich leather cleaner conditioner CREAM! to replace oils that water leaches from the leather.
If you start dyeing you will realise how many different blacks there are.
Good luck!

Good luck. Black is fortunately probably the easiest colour to get right.
