Broken seat memory switch

Anybody replace one of these on a CLK 350? I am afraid that this is not something that would be covered under warranty. The little knob broke off last night and I am afraid about what such a repair might cost. I am thinking of DIYing it.

Thanks in advance

NO LONGER ACTIVE
You'll have to buy the entire seat control for the door panel. Retail is about $175, you can get it for $123 on parts.com or you may be able to get your local dealer to match their price. Removing the door panel and replacing the part id fairly straightforward if you are familiar with body trim.

Glyn, do you know how I get just the seat control housing off without the part behind the door handle coming off as well?
