Good to hear you got sorted out Midnight. Grech (Steve Jobs technology changes it to gretch...) hooked me up with the link to Dynamic and I got my dash kit and antenna adapter through them. I bought the PAC interfaces through Sonic when I ordered up my system.

As for the pic you PM'd me of Wes's CF dash kit, look at how far it bulges out at the top where it meets the hazard light switch plate, it's no where close fitting properly. No worries for you though now, you got the right kit

I will be sending the fascia in to direct car trim who will precision cut out the carbon fiber overlay for this part to go with the rest of the cabin parts

Hey Midnight,

I'm a new CLK owner and looking to change out my head unit. I have a 2005 CLK 500, with what I think is the Audio 20 unit.

Anyway, please let me know how your install comes out... looking forward to being able to listen to MP3s ...

It looks like it lists W203 firmament, too, which means it won't fit the W209!

Go back to post #19 by Grech in this thread - he has the right part and photos of the excellent fit.

yea....thanks man....i can't decide between the pioneer vs the kenwood excelon headunits...seems like the sound performance is better with the excelon....its has like 23 watts RMS...the pioneer is 15 watts RMS
