CD player issues :-/

All of a sudden when I went to switch from the radio to CD it says " No CD Changer " ? Everything is there what gives ?

idk but if i had to guess.... try checking the fuse. Pull it and replace it with another one? that might work.

Your car has a d2b ring. Later models are MOST. When the head unit looks for the CD player it is not finding it. So either the:

- Fibre optic loop is broken somewhere
- There is no power to the CDC
- The head unit has lost it's memory & needs to be re version coded.

The fact that it poles the player & finds it missing tells me the head unit is likely fine.
