The right side HID auto leveler appears to have failed. It did this once before but worked fine after restarting the car...now appears to be permanently toast. If you look at the projector its actually sitting at the fully down position all the time.

Is this a dead motor issue or a connecting rod of some kind? The car isn't throwing any codes that I can tell.

This is one STUPID feature. Try to adjust the dead headlight manually. Not sure if you can adjust it when it dead but for sure you can adjust it when it still good.
