Anybody use Techron in the fuel?
For several years I have used a few products on my cars , motorcycle, lawn mower, etc..Mostly Techron and Seafoam, and sometimes Marvel mystery oil. I just purchased a 2009 w209 CLK 350 with just under 13k on the clock. The car runs great , but I am alittle hesitant to use Techron in the gas. I put have a bottle every other fill up in my truck just to keep the injectors clean. (cheap gas) Anybody do this kind of maintence on their Mercedes?

Techron & the BASF equivalent are the only products approved by Benz. Keep Seafoam well away.

You could just buy Chevron gasoline, which has Techron in it already. Chevron says if you use a high grade gasoline regularly, you shouldn't need to use Techron concentrate.
