I have 2004 CLK320 imported from Japan and it looks that theclock setting linked to the navigation system which all written in Japaneselanguage ... but regardless I believe that the GPS for my car can only work inside Japan.
Anyone can help or provide a process to set the clock timemanually ….

GPS should still work, but you need a USA map disc. As for the language, I am not certain, but I believe you can change it to English. There are settings in the instrument cluster and in COMAND. The COMAND can either mirror the cluster language setting, or it can have its own setting. Of course if it's in Japanese, and you don't read Japanese, then it might be difficult for you to read the prompts and change the setting. Maybe you have a friend who reads Japanese and can help read the menu screesn to see if there is an English setting?

Yes I was trying to change the time zone but as I said everything written in Japanese and even I tried to guess and follow the pictures which I have in the COMAND user manual but the manual showing some options which I cannot find in my navi screen so I presume that the GPS configured to work inside Japan only
