hi, I have already used K&N filter. Yes, I have seen, the K&N filter are not so high as the OE filters, The suction air is able with it better stömen. I would like to raise aner still my filter lid by this stream again to improve. Greetz Udo

Some Has installed the E55K airbox,some said they has gained hp,but u will loose the better appearance vs the stock airbox or renntech air box,so better u go with the renntech airbox,it has guaranteed gain + nice look...

hi, thanks for your information. a friend him the 55K air box had mounted, has reported to me that none more originates power ? I would like to modify mine original air box, the lid a little higher. then an additional opening (membrane) like in the CLK350 with Sortpackage ex works obstructs. I have added 2 pictures to you, however, the air box is varnishes. greets Udo
