Like I sad over on benzworld, I think this is staged - I can't see any seats in the car, and it almost looks like there is no engine (not enough "stuff" under the hood where it was crushed).

True about the engine. But i managed to see what appears to be the silhouette of the car seat withing the first couple of seconds. Either way this was definitely staged since the driver lowered the arm to be able to get over. Hope they had full coverage!

Yeah, I saw that shadow in the car, too, but remember, unlike the W209, the W208 coupe has a solid B-pillar. I think that's what I was seeing. The headrests are pretty large and would be very noticeable.

If the airbags are deployed, the hazard lights will flash, so that could be real, but then again, after that much damage, I find it hard to believe that the front SAM was still working well enough to activate the hazards, and that there was still enough wiring intact between the battery and the lights to operate them.
