Question about customer satisfaction
I've owned a 2001 CLK320A a bit over 2 years now,,,,and have never been called by the dealer and/or MB/NA after delibery and or service.
My prior car was a BMW and both frquently called (e.g. after purchase, sevice visits).
Is this normal...or the reason that MB customer satisifaction has fallen lower than Ford (i.e. J.D. Power surrvey)?
